Stem Cell Research at the Rutgers University Libraries

The use of Stem Cells in medical research is one of the most discussed developments of recent years. Stem cells are able to replicate themselves and replicate just about any specialized type of cell. This research might lead to cures for a variety of medical conditions. Remedies developed using stem cells have enormous business potential. However, the use of stem cells from human embryos has made this line of research controversial on ethical and religious grounds. The Guide pages linked below offer clues on how to do research on the various aspects of this topic.

Be advised that the Guide pages vary in style and focus.
