- The 20-minute documentary-style film, hosted by L.A. Law stars Susan Dey and Corbin Bernsen, examines campus rape and its impact through interviews with 4 college students who were assaulted on different campuses. Two of the students were attacked by strangers ; the other two were assaulted by acquaintances. The film also includes interviews with college students who discuss their attitudes about rape, sex-role stereotypes and communication between men and women. In addition, the film presents many effective techniques for preventing both stranger and acquaintance rape.

Kathy Ciociola of Rutgers University discussed the various uses of electronic mail and the PILOT network. Mark Hubey of Montclair State College illustrated data networking and computer networking standards with the assistance of computer animation. Diana Thompson of Northern Virginia Community College described basic writing skills as taught via a computer network. The Virtual classroom available through NJIT's Electronic Information Exchange System (EIES) was highlighted as well. The ability to teach a single class at multiple locations was demonstrated at Union County College.

- The Attica Prison Rebellion, September 9-13, 1971 -- Opening of the Family Partnership Center, Poughkeepsie, NY, 1997 -- Closing the door to education -- The last graduation, June 15, 1997 -- Green Haven Prison, Stormville, NYResearcher Barbara Zahm gives a brief history of the 1971 Attica Prison Rebellion in which forty-three men died, and the college prison program which was initiated afterward. After interviews with prison inmates, "The Movement for College Programs of New York State Prisons After Attica" was formed. Zahm tells of her transformation after working with the inmates and her anguish over the Congressional decision to eliminate Pell Grants for prisoners, thus ending the program and leading to the "Last Graduation". As of 1997 funding cuts had not been restored.
