Intergenerational Communication Issues presentation/discussion: Tues. Oct. 20th
"How can I share parts of my life with my family while maintaining my privacy?"
"I already answered that question! Why does he/she keep asking?"
AND
"Can some of the new technologies help me communicate with Mom and Dad, or son or daughter, with less
stress?"
Questions like these, and others, will be considered in a presentation/discussion, held by the Rutgers
University Libraries, on Tuesday October 20th.
The Rutgers University Libraries' Diversity Education Initiative presents a faculty panel presentation
on Intergenerational Communication Issues on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm, in
the Pane Room, 1st floor, Alexander Library, New Brunswick. The panelists are: James Katz, Professor
and Chair, Communication Department, School of Communication and Information; Jeff Boase, Assistant
Professor, Communication Department, School of Communication and Information; and Lilia Pavlovsky,
Assistant Professor, Library and Information Science, School of Communication and Information. Vibiana
Cvetkovic, Reference Librarian, Paul Robeson Library, Rutgers-Camden, will be the panel's moderator.
