Recently Hired? If you are a new faculty member and need to place books on Reserves or use library services to prepare for classes prior to the beginning of your appointment, you can do so by presenting an RUconnection ID card at the circulation desk of any Rutgers library. New faculty members in New Brunswick who attend a new employee orientation, or who have a signed RUconnection ID card request form certifying their appointment from their department, will be issued an RUconnection ID card by University Human Resources, ASBII, Cook Campus in advance of their employment date. Faculty members in Newark should contact the utgers-Newark Photo ID Office. Camden faculty members should go to the IMPACT Booth in the Camden Campus Center. Once you obtain your RUconnection ID card, present it at any library circulation desk to activate borrowing privileges.
