Who?
This service is intended primarily for the students, faculty, and staff of Rutgers University.
We will also be happy to answer inquiries from non-affiliated users concerning the
University, the collections, resources, and services of the University Libraries,
or relating in some way to New Jersey. While other kinds of questions from
non-primary users will be dealt with as time and staff permit, you may wish to
check these options first.
How Long?
A response will usually be sent within 24-48 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
